I have to agree with Jen...don't stop eating, just change what you eat!!! I know, easier said than done though! I am doing one thing at a time. As for the workout...I'm working on that too. Good luck!!! :)

I love you guys, but calm down. I don't have the willpower for anorexia.
This was written after I ate about 6 pieces of pizza & 2 little chocolate cakes, so it was really more of a stop stuffing your face, you idiot, but I was tired & on carb overload.
There's an explanatory post in the works for tomorrow. I'm sorry for scaring y'all, but I love that you care.

That reminds me of a woman at work that I've heard say, the only way she can lose weight is to stop eating completely, even though she drinks like a fish and eats bar food all the time.
